Shipping Label
Your order confirmation email displays how the shipping label will be printed. Please make sure this is correct, especially if it is an international order as I cannot verify addresses outside of the United States.
If a package is returned because of an error in the address provided, the customer is responsible for additional shipping and handling charges to resend an order.
I’m sorry, but no refunds. Please purchase confidently.
Shipping Times:
Please allow a week for orders to be shipped out. I try my best to ship out orders twice a week. Priority shipping moves faster than First Class, which has been experiencing regular delays.
International Shipping:
You are responsible for any customs fees required for delivery from your country. Please make yourself aware of these fees so you can take it into consideration before ordering.
International shipping is set at flat rate of $45 per order with an additional $5 per item for most countries. I am unable to accurately estimate shipping to each individual country, so while this isn’t perfect, this is the average price I’ve found that fits most. Generally this allows me to ship via UPS, which is the quickest and most reliable option. During the pandemic, this has been the only way to ensure packages arrive to their destination. For some countries with less direct shipping routes, it is only economical to ship via USPS, which can take 2-6 weeks to arrive.
If I’ve overcharged you for shipping, I will reimburse you the difference and you will receive an automated email notifying you about it. In rare cases, I may need to request additional shipping funds to cover shipping expenses.
If you order multiple items and one of them in a print that needs to be rolled, your other items may be rolled too. This isn’t ideal, but it’s too costly to send two packages internationally. Please order accordingly.
For the UK: I’m disappointed that shipping to the UK has been suspended indefinitely. I’m sorry, but the stringent VAT collection and remittance I’m responsible since Brexit took place prohibits me from shipping to the UK.
For the EU: EU customers are responsible for all VAT, duties and fees, which will be collected in your country during customs. Please not that depending on your country’s VAT rate, these added costs may exceed the merchandise’s value, though would be rare.
For All Other Countries: If you don’t see your country in the shipping options, please email me your address. I most likely have never shipped to your country and need to.make sure that the shipping rate I collect covers the cost to ship to your country. Thank you for your extra efforts!
Packaging
I am committed to having as small of an impact on the environment as possible and a minimalist with packaging, reusing materials where I can. All paper based shipping materials are made from recycled, post-consumer materials and are reusable and recyclable. When needed, prints are protected in a sleeve made of renewable polylactic acid (PLA), derived from plants. Prints and originals are always protected by acid free, non-reused materials.
Please try to repurpose, up-cycle or reuse shipping materials. After that, make sure to please recycle it properly by removing any plastic tape. The shipping labels and kraft tape are recyclable and do not need to be removed.
*If you order postcards with a print that needs to be shipped rolled, I will ship the postcards separately, so please expect two packages.
Most of my packaging comes from Ecoenclose. Check them out, they’ve got a ton of information and resources!
